How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple or Google — GardenPlan never has access to your billing details. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → GardenPlan → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GardenPlan → Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google. For App Store purchases visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases visit the Google Play refund help page. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help you navigate the process.
How do I delete my account and data?
Because GardenPlan doesn't require an account, almost all your data is stored on your device. To delete everything: open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete all my data. To request deletion of any backend records (subscription identifiers, support emails) email us with the subject "Data deletion request" and we'll confirm within 30 days.
My plant identification isn't working. What should I try?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection — AI identification requires a live connection. Take the photo in good natural light with the plant filling most of the frame. If the problem persists, force-quit and reopen the app, then try again. Still stuck? Email us and attach a screenshot.
Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
Yes. Open GardenPlan, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
The app isn't showing weather for my location.
Weather uses your city-level location. Go to Settings and check that a city is set — either entered manually or detected. If you denied location permission you can re-enable it in your device Settings → GardenPlan → Location → While Using.
How do I turn off notifications?
Open GardenPlan → Settings → Notifications and toggle off the reminder types you don't want. You can also manage all notification permissions in your device Settings → GardenPlan → Notifications.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
We'd love to hear about it. Email us with a short description of what happened, your device model, iOS/Android version, and app version (found in Settings → About). A screenshot or screen recording is always helpful.
